Stolon Studio on list of prestigious practices to help deliver major housing programme in Southwark
'Southwark Council and LHC have revealed an extraordinary line-up of 110 teams selected for a ground-breaking new £10.5 million architectural services framework.
'The move was intended to open up public sector opportunities to ’the best architectural practices able to deliver innovative construction services’.
'At least 50 new jobs – including infills, rooftop schemes and large sites suitable for new estates – could be brought forward by Southwark Council over the next two years. The inner London local authority has pledged to deliver 11,000 new environmentally friendly council homes by 2043.'*
As innovative housing specialists, Stolon Studio have been selected to work on the delivery of new homes in the inner London Borough. We hope to add to our growing list of Sociable Housing developments in other boroughs - Lewisham, Bromley, Greenwich, Hammersmith and Fulham, Harrow and Enfield.
Congratulations to all of the other practices on the framework.
